By linking your bank account through Plaid, Inc. (“Plaid”), you are authorizing Plaid to send your bank account information, transaction history, and other information requested to Mariner Finance, LLC (“Mariner”). Subject to Mariner’s Privacy Statement, the information sent to Mariner may be used for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to: servicing, collections, account review purposes, identity verification, and fraud prevention.
- Bank account number
- Bank routing number
- Bank account owner information (name, address, phone number, email address)
- Account balance
- Account transaction history
All information shared by Plaid: (i) may be used to process any of your requests; (ii) will remain Mariner’s property whether or not credit is extended; and (iii) may be disclosed by Mariner to any of Mariner’s subsidiaries, affiliates, and assigns.
Mariner will never receive or have access to your bank account credentials, including your PIN, username and/or password, but your authorization will permit Mariner to receive the above-noted account information on an ongoing basis until you revoke your consent and terminate this authorization.
