The text message you received contained a link that directed you to this site with important information concerning Company’s Collection Terms. Please read the below information carefully. If you have already made your payment in full, please disregard the text message you received.
The text message you received is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. If you presently are a debtor in a bankruptcy case, this notice is provided for informational purposes only and is not an attempt to collect a debt.
If you negotiate a settlement with Mariner Finance, LLC, you agree that you are responsible for consulting your own adviser as to the tax consequences of settling your account for less than the full balance. Settlements involving forgiveness of debt of $600 or more will have a 1099-C issued.
Important Information about Credit Reporting: Company may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.
